The Challenge
Vobahome, a subsidiary of Vereinigte Volksbank Raiffeisenbank eG, specializes in real estate solutions for homeowners 60+. While offering innovative products like Rückmietverkauf (sale-and-leaseback), they lacked a dedicated webpage to showcase this offering and drive conversions. They needed a seamless, high-converting landing page with a user-friendly calculator and an optimized lead capture system.
The Solution
We designed and developed a modern, responsive webpage using Storyblok & Vercel, aligning it with Vobahome’s branding and business goals. To enhance user experience and engagement, we implemented an interactive calculator that simplifies financial estimations. Additionally, we optimized the Sales Funnel, ensuring a seamless lead generation process.
For analytics and lead management, we integrated Google Analytics and Google Sheets, with a planned migration to Salesforce for improved CRM capabilities.
