I'm Micael Angelo Sabadin Presotto, a 21-year-old Computer Science student at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in Brazil. I’m also a Full Stack Developer at MVST, where I work on building and optimizing digital products. My passion lies in problem-solving and creating efficient, user-friendly software solutions

What are your long-term career goals, and how do you plan to achieve them?

My long-term goal is to become a technical leader specializing in scalable and efficient full-stack applications. I plan to achieve this by continuously improving my technical skills, staying updated on emerging technologies, and collaborating on innovative projects. My current work at MVST allows me to gain practical experience in delivering high-quality software, while my academic background provides a solid theoretical foundation.

What do you do to provide yourself a good work-life balance?

Balancing work and life is crucial, especially in the fast-paced tech industry. I manage my time by setting clear boundaries between work and personal activities. Engaging in physical exercise, dedicating time to hobbies like coding personal projects or connecting with friends helps me recharge. I also value continuous learning but ensure I take regular breaks to maintain mental and physical well-being.
