Please tell us a bit about yourself!

Hey, I'm Róman and I'm a Full Stack Developer proficient in Git, CI/CD and code testing. I want to continue my journey in this field and I already gained some really cool insights working one year for a startup. There I learned how to manage projects within the building industry, showcast my ability to coordinate and oversee successful implementations. Oh, and I'm really into learning new languages! I can speak German, English, Ukrainian, Catalan, and Spanish.

What are your long-term career goals, and how do you plan to achieve them?

My long-term career goals are pretty straightforward - I want to keep learning and growing in web development. It's a field where you're constantly picking up new skills on the job, and I'm all about that.

What do you do to provide yourself a good work-life balance? 

Work-life balance is super important to me. I aim to enjoy my work while also making sure I have enough time for myself and my loved ones. I set boundaries, manage my time well, and make sure to have fun in and outside of work.

What's something that you're passionate about?

I'm really into castells, these amazing human towers from Catalonia. I stumbled upon them while living in Berlin, and they've become a big part of my life. It's not just a passion; it's something I'm genuinely excited about.
